Stephanie Ghormley
Fremont County Program Coordinator
Originally from the Black Hills in South Dakota, Stephanie earned bachelor’s degrees in both Human Services and Sociology from Black Hills State University in 2007. While earning her degrees, Stephanie worked a variety of different jobs, ranging from hostess at a restaurant, to manager of a jewelry store.

After graduation, Stephanie began her role as case manager for a non-profit that works with adults with severe and persistent mental illnesses. She stayed there until 2013, when her husband took a teaching position on the Wind River Indian Reservation and she transitioned to a new role as a stay-at-home mom. In 2016, she began working for Wyoming Parents as Teachers.

Stephanie loves that Wyoming Parents as Teachers is a strengths-based program, and that she has the ability to come alongside caregivers and empower them to be the best parents/caregivers they can be for their children. She has been married for 16 years and has five children, as well as had many foster children over the years.
Outside of work, Stephanie loves to spend time with her chickens and dogs, go camping and fishing, and attend her children’s many sporting events.

Amanda Wilczewski
Family Support Specialist
Prior to joining Wyoming Parents as Teachers as a Family Support Specialist in September 2020, Amanda was an enrolled parent in our program! She’s spent most of her adult life working in early childhood in various capacities, and she has a passion for this field of work because of the difference it made for her and her family.

Born and raised in northwest Washington, Amanda moved to Riverton with her family when she was 15, and it’s where she’s stayed and chosen to raise her three children today. When not in the office or on visits, Amanda enjoys quilting, cooking, and traveling, either with her family or through the pages of a book.

Hope Clarke
Family Support Specialist
While Hope grew up moving a lot, she’s always considered Wyoming her home.

In 2001, after years of working jobs in fast food and at convenience stores, a dear friend inspired Hope to pursue a career in early education. After completing school, Hope became a preschool teacher and taught in numerous preschools across Fremont County.
While working at a preschool in Ft. Washakie, Hope saw the difference Wyoming Parents as Teachers was making for families in Fremont County, and she became a Family Support Specialist in 2018.

Hope absolutely loves working with families, and she has a beautiful family of her own that always has her heart.
