Stephanie Ghormley

Program Coordinator

Stephanie Ghormley has been the Supervisor for Parents as Teachers in Fremont County, Wyoming since September of 2016. Originally from the Black Hills in South Dakota, she earned her bachelor’s in Human Services and also in Sociology from Black Hills State University in Spearfish, SD in 2007. While earning her degree, she worked a variety of different jobs, including at a veterinary clinic, hostess at a restaurant, pet shop and managed a jewelry store. After graduation she worked as a case manager for a non-profit that works with adults with severe and persistent mental illnesses, until her husband took a teaching position on the Wind River Indian Reservation in Wyoming in 2013. She spent the next three years as a SAHM. She then began working for Parent as Teachers. Stephanie loves that this program is strengths based and she has the ability to come alongside caregivers and empower them to be the best parents/caregivers they can be for their children! She has been married for 16 years with five children, and many foster children over the years. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her chickens and dogs, go camping and fishing, and attend her children’s many sporting events.

Amanda Wilczewski

Family Support Specialist

Amanda Wilczewski has been a home visitor with Parents as Teachers since September 2020 and was an enrolled parent before joining the team. Amanda was born and raised in northwest Washington until she was fifteen, when her family made the move to Riverton, Wyoming to be closer to family there. Amanda has spent most of her adult life working in early childhood in various capacities. Today, she is a mother of three and has a passion for this field of work because of the difference it made for her and her family. When not in the office or on visits, Amanda enjoys quilting, cooking and traveling, either with her family or through the pages of a book.

Hope Clarke

Family Support Specialist

I am Hope Clarke. I grew up moving a lot, but I’ve always considered Wyoming as my home. I have a beautiful family that always has my heart. Early on, I worked jobs such as fast food and at convenience stores, but then in 2001, a dear friend helped encourage me to pursue a career. I went to school for Early Education and became a preschool teacher. I taught in preschools across Fremont County. While working at a preschool in Ft. Washakie, I got to see the Parents as Teachers program start in Fremont County and loved how it made a difference in families. In 2018, I became a Family Support Specialist for the program and absolutely love working with families!
